I understand the feeling when talking to a salesperson. Sometimes we are so worried about meeting a pushy agent who is annoying and keeps trying to make a sale.
I can assure you I am not one of them.
Having being an active agent in this industry for more than a decade, I know that no one likes to be sold to.
However, I understand that you might have concerns and property-related questions that you need to seek clarification with.
You are welcome to ask me questions via WhatsApp if the questions are simple enough.
But if you are seeking for a more detailed discussion on what are the options that are open to you, then we can arrange a face-to-face no-obligation meeting.

What Our Discussions Usually Reveal
Actually, there are many instances whereby I had to share with individuals or families that they are unfortunately not in a position to sell or buy at the present moment.
And how we can revisit should there be a change in their situation.
During the meeting, we explore what are your goals and discuss the steps on how you can reach there.
The aim of our discussion is to find a customized solution that is suitable for you.
However, in order to have a meaningful consultation session, I would need you to share these information before the meeting.
Financials: Monthly income, current CPF (Ordinary Account), excess funds for property purchase.
In-Principle Approval (IPA) for home loan, if available.
Any outstanding loan and/ or CPF used + accrued interest for any current properties
Location and type of property keen on: let me know if you’re keen on a specific area/ district (e.g. could also be near to a particular school) and the type of properties you feel may best suit your needs.

To be fair, the consultation session is not only an opportunity for you to find out more about the buying and selling process.
But it is also the time for you to determine if I’m suitable to help you on your journey to buy or sell.
