I engaged Lydia in 2016 when I was looking for a public/HDB apartment near my parents’ place in Pasir Ris. She was highly recommended by a colleague who assured me that Lydia was a reliable and dedicated agent. At the time, Lydia was just starting to expand her coverage from private property to public housing, and told me upfront in our first phone conversation that I’d be her first client in the public housing market, and that she would be learning as we move along. Lydia understands the pulse of the area in the east. She has the info on available units to recommend at all times. Often times there are units advertised on Property Guru but may not be available or may not meet requirements. Lydia takes time to understand needs and matches units accordingly. She has been extremely helpful in managing interactions. I would recommend reaching out to Lydia if you are looking for apartments. Over the many years in Singapore we have interacted with several agents but none like Lydia. She is by far the best.
